My name is Keith Clark and I’m an Art Director currently living in Arizona. My first professional position as a Graphic Designer was in Chicago at Schawk Retail Marketing agency for 5 years. While working for Schawk during that time I designed print advertising for our Sears and DirecTV accounts. This is where I learned the process of advertising and worked my way up to an Art Director position. While working for Schawk I received a mentorship from a Creative Director the gave me the skills to provide my team with the art direction they needed. I learned a lot while working for a Marketing agency and it helped me grow professionally as a Designer and Art Director.

After 5 years in Chicago my wife and I decided to relocate to Arizona. I took a Graphic Designer position at PetSmart in-house corporate office. While at PetSmart for 5 years, I designed print and digital advertising for the pet/retail service industry. This is where I learned the design process of digital advertising and how to be successful at it. Learning how to design digital marketing gave me the skills to grow even further as a designer.

After parting ways with PetSmart I took a Graphic Designer contractor position at the Massage Envy corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona. While at Massage Envy, I designed print, digital and trade show booths for the therapeutic/retail service industry. I gained experience in how to build a brand and differentiate itself from the industry.

I took a short hiatus from Massage Envy and took a Graphic Designer position at Kahala Brands. While at Kahala Brands I designed print and digital advertising for the fast food industry. While at Kahala I worked with 10 plus fast food franchises and this helped me acquire more experience in how to build a differentiating brand.

Only a year later and I was recruited back to Massage Envy as a Senior Graphic Designer. I continued building marketing materials for a brand that was strong and differentiating. With hard work and determination I again worked my way up to an Art Director position. As I continue to provide visual art direction my experience will only continue to grow. Learning and being influenced by fellow designers and directors has always been a positive experience throughout my career. The design industry is constantly evolving and I believe that creative influence is the key to success.
